I've heard that this bridge used to house an old mill going back to the 1870's. It's all being redone but I'm not sure how much of the old structure is going away. I'm assuming it's the whole thing. A walking path goes under the bridge. I remember when all the biking and walking paths were put in along the parkway back in the 1970's.
